Scope of Agreement: Under this Agreement ("Agreement"), ePharmacies.com ("we", "our" or "us") furnishes on-line information and services (the "Service") to registered members or authorized users ("you", "your" or "member") in one (24) hour pass (1) month, (3) month and (12) month intervals. By accepting the Terms and Conditions when registering or if you use the Service or Site in any way, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. The term "use" means the use and availability of, access to, transmission to or from or any exchange of information or communication in connection with or arising from the Service.

Refund Policy: After Purchasing a Membership, you have 24 hours from the transaction time stamp to review our information and membership. Refunds will be available if you are not satisfied with your membership within that time span. No refunds will be available after the 24 hour time period. This applies to first time members only. Refund requests MUST BE FAXED to (830)438-2256 Attn: ePharmacies.com and must include the following for a valid Refund Request: a) First and Last Name b) Address and Phone Number c) Order/Transaction ID and last six digits from the credit card use to join d) email and/or username e) Reason for cancellation and refund request; this request MUST BE SIGNED AND DATED. This information and your signature are needed for verification and identification purposes. Again, this Refund Policy is offered for exactly 24 hours after your membership purchase. We offer this because we stand by our membership and service and we are confident you will see the value of ePharmacies.com membership.  All memberships are automatically renewed at the end of their monthly, quarterly or yearly term.  By joining ePharmacies.com, you agree and understand that this is an Automatic renewing monthly, quarterly or yearly membership and cancellation must be made no later than 5 days in advance of the renewal date. To cancel your auto-renewing account, simply email info@epharmacies.com and ask to cancel your membership from being billed for the next billing cycle.  We ask to include relevant membership information for verification purposes and, if possible, the reason for cancellation of your membership.

This policy is in place due to an abuse of credit card charge backs and theft of information. Sample prices listed on the front of the site can change at any time and we are not responsible if a sample current price listed can not be found at any of the sites we list. All prices listed were found at various pharmacies.

The term(s) 'Order Now' 'Join Now' 'Register Now' does not in any way indicate the ordering of anything other than a membership to the site and thus should not be taken as ordering anything other than the information contained within the site. The statement 'Free Online Prescription' does not refer to all of the sites listed. The consultation cost for an online prescription varies from site to site and we are not responsible for which sites provide a free consultation and which ones charge for an online consultation.

All subscriptions (except 24hr pass) are automatically renewed at the end of their monthly terms on the day the subscription was initially started. If you sign up for a (1) month membership on the 3rd of the month, this means your membership will be renewed every month on the 3rd. It is each Member's responsibility to cancel His/Hers own subscription prior to the renewal date if the membership is to be terminated. I agree and understand that this is an Automatic Renewing, 1 month (monthly), 3 month (quarterly), or 12 month (yearly) membership and must cancel no later than 7 days in advance of the renewal date. It is every userâ??s responsibility to cancel his/her subscription. We will not be held responsible for subscriptions which are not cancelled in a timely manner due to the fact that the individual has sent a cancel request via email.

You, the user of this website, understand that all quoted drug prices are sent to our company from a domestic or a foreign pharmacy or obtained from an online source listed in our Memberâ??s Area or Free Drug Search.

Our Guarantee to You: If you, the user of this website cannot purchase your prescription medications at our listed price due to price changes or a website malfunction then we will gladly refund your money for the very last charge on your credit card or online check.

It is important to remember that we are NOT a pharmacy and do NOT sell any prescription drugs. Instead our services are designed as a portal dedicated to saving you, the user, time and money when searching for prescription drugs at discounted prices. It is also important that you, the user, clearly understand that the prices listed may or may not include an online medical consultation fee. Some of the pharmacies and/or doctors that are listed in our member's area offer FREE online medical consultations and others charge a fee for online medical consultations. The cost of an online medical consultation varies depending on what pharmacy and/or doctor you choose to do business with.

Our service is not designed to satisfy everyone's needs and interests. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our service. Understand that some prescription medications that are dispensed in the US are not classified as prescription medications in countries abroad. Instead, these medications are classified as (OTC) over-the-counter medications. Our services are designed for citizens of all countries around the world to take advantage of, not just citizens residing in the US.

This entire agreement between you and us supersedes prior agreements regarding its subject matter. Whenever new services become available, your use of them will be under this Agreement unless we notify you otherwise. You must comply with any additional terms which apply to third-party content, software or other services. We may change this Agreement at any time as we desire. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by the changes in the new version of the Agreement.

2. Scope of Service: All contents of the Service are provided for informational, educational purposes only. You agree that the Service should not be interpreted as medical advice, as an endorsement of any web site/listing/source, or as any statement or opinion in regards to healthcare in general. You may not select a user name which violates anyone's rights or one, in our sole discretion, we consider offensive, improper or inappropriate. If you do, we can modify or delete it.

4. Copyright and Limitations on Use: The Service is the property of epharmacies.com and can only be displayed, formatted and printed for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate any information received through the Service to anyone without our prior written consent. You may not post any content from the Service to news groups, mail lists or electronic bulletin boards, without our prior written consent. Copying and/or electronic transmission of any content of the Service is a violation of copyright law. Reproductions or storage of information or works retrieved from this Site, in all forms, media and technologies now existing or hereafter developed, is subject to the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976, Title 17 of the United States Code.

You also agree that you will not give out log-ins and/or passwords to other users. We reserve the right to cancel any subscription, without refund, if we discover that a subscription account is being used by more than one person, or if a log-in/password is given to another person.

This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made and accepted by you, the user of epharmacies.com, and shall be governed by the laws of the State in which ePharmacies.com conducts business.
